Empowering Lead Educators in STEM with Inclusive Competencies

The project was implemented in July 2020 for secondary school educators in the West Region of Cameroon. Its goal was to empower educators with inclusive competencies to enhance their teaching skills for better performance. Through the project workshop, some 50 Lead educators in STEM were trained and mandated to pass on the competencies acquired to their colleagues.

The project was funded by the Bureau for Educational and Cultural Affairs of the US Department of State under the 2020 Global Teacher Grant. It was administered in partnership with the West Region Teacher Associations for Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics.
