The Cameroon Fulbright TEA Alumni Association (CAFTAL) celebrates another Fulbright Scholar who has achieved another academic qualification. Congratulations to Fulbright Scholar, Nteta Philip, who just graduated from Arizona State University, with a Masters Degree in Environmental and Resource Management with focus on Environment and Health Safety from Hazardous Substances.

The Fulbright Scholar was the Pioneer President and one of the founding members of the Cameroon Fulbright TEA Alumni Association, after returning from Appalachian State University, NC, in 2015 where he was a Fulbright Teaching Excellence and Achievement (TEA) Fellow. Precisely, he was of the second batch of the TEA Program, an initiative of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) of the US State Department. To date, he maintains very strong professional ties with faculty at the Appalachian State University, NC.

Nteta Philip, the phenomenal academic who has now obtained his third Masters Degree, has contributed a lot to shaping the education landscape in Cameroon through project conception and implementation, with over 6 of such projects sponsored nationwide by the US Embassy Yaoundé and the US State Department through IREX.

Philip has also been a strategic member of the U.S. Exchange Programs Alumni Network in Cameroon, serving as a member of the organizing team of the yearly symposium, right from the very first one which took place in 2018.

As he prepares for another moment of field impact, a lot is anticipated.

Congratulations, Nteta Philip.
